Porridge:

  • add finely chopped onion, corianderleaf, salt, and chili to taste and mix well.
  • Make a soft pouring dough adding water.
  • Take a pan and make small patties and cook in medium flame flipping often.
  • Serve the soft patties as finger food.

  • Whisk 1 spoon of powder in 100 ml of water.
  • Whisk in 200 ml of water without lumps.
  • In medium flame cook with stirring.
  • Let the carrot cook and soup thickens..
  • Add salt,Jeera powder,pepper and serve.

Ragi Puttu:

Sprouted Ragi Powder

    Take 1 cup sprouted Ragi powder.
  • Take 1/4 cup water and add a pinch of salt.
  • Start adding water little by little and mix with the flour.
  • Should be wet enough but non sticky.
  • Add a layer of grated coconut.
  • Steam for 15 min.
  • Serve adding sugar and ghee.

Nendhram Powder, Nendhram Almond Mix

  • In 100 ml of water mix 10 grams of Nendhram Almond mix without lumps.
  • Add 100 ml milk and cook with stirring till it boils and bubbles.
  • Add ghee roasted cashews and raisins mix and serve.
(For infants avoid chunks to avoid chocking)

Milk Shake:

  • In 100 ml of water mix 10 grams of Nendhram Almond mix without lumps.
  • Add 100 ml milk and cook with stirring till it boils and bubbles.
  • Let it cool down and add ice cubes for a cold drink.
