Porridge:
All Products
- Whisk 1 spoon of powder in 100 ml of water.
- Cook & stir in medium flame for 5 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
- Add sugar or salt and optionally milk or coconut milk and serve lukewarm.
Chochi’s Patty:
All Products
- Take 1 cup of Nendhram Ragi mix.
- add finely chopped onion, corianderleaf, salt, and chili to taste and mix well.
- Make a soft pouring dough adding water.
- Take a pan and make small patties and cook in medium flame flipping often.
- Serve the soft patties as finger food.
Soup:
Nendhram Powder, Nendhram Ragi Mix, Sprouted Ragi Powder
- Whisk 1 spoon of powder in 100 ml of water.
- Whisk in 200 ml of water without lumps.
- In medium flame cook with stirring.
- Let the carrot cook and soup thickens..
- Add salt,Jeera powder,pepper and serve.
Ragi Puttu:
Sprouted Ragi Powder

Take 1 cup sprouted Ragi powder.
- Take 1/4 cup water and add a pinch of salt.
- Start adding water little by little and mix with the flour.
- Should be wet enough but non sticky.
- Add a layer of grated coconut.
- Steam for 15 min.
- Serve adding sugar and ghee.
Nendhram Payasam:
Nendhram Powder, Nendhram Almond Mix
- In 100 ml of water mix 10 grams of Nendhram Almond mix without lumps.
- Add 100 ml milk and cook with stirring till it boils and bubbles.
- Add ghee roasted cashews and raisins mix and serve.
Milk Shake:
- In 100 ml of water mix 10 grams of Nendhram Almond mix without lumps.
- Add 100 ml milk and cook with stirring till it boils and bubbles.
- Let it cool down and add ice cubes for a cold drink.
