Key Ingredients:

· Raw Nendhram Banana
· Banana peels are removed to make digestion easier in babies.
· Cardamom

Preparation Method:

1. Whisk 1 spoon in 100 ml water without lumps.
2. Cook and stir for 5 min or until the mixture thickens.
3. Add sweet or salt and serve lukewarm.

Note : For kids and adults, cow’s milk or coconut milk /dry fruits/veggies can be added to blossom taste bud.
